Julian Chevallier is a member of the Paris Bar and joined Villechenon in September 2021 after several experiences in law firms specializing in private equity and mergers & acquisitions, as well as in the legal department of a major investment fund.
He advises on all aspects of Private Equity and M&A transactions, with a focus on the medtech, biotech, fintech and the defense sectors.
He supports founders and their management teams, as well as venture capital, private equity and industrial investors, throughout the entire company lifecycle — from formation and equity financing to build-ups and exits.
He has also developed a strong interest in regulated companies within certain sectors, particularly insurance, banking and finance intermediaries, medical devices, and dual-use goods.
He holds a Master’s degree in business and tax law (Master II de droit des affaires et fiscalité) and a DJCE (Corporate Legal Counsel Diploma) from the University of Bordeaux, as well as a DU (Specialized Studies Certificate) in corporate law from the University of Montpellier.
He advises in both French and English.
