She focuses her practice on corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, assisting clients at every stage of their projects.
She advises a broad range of clients, including startups, investment funds, and corporate groups, on the legal and strategic aspects of their operations.
Flore holds a master’s degree in business law (DJCE) and developed her expertise within French law firms and corporate legal departments prior to joining Villechenon.
