Amélie Maindron joined Villechenon in 2013. She focuses primarily on venture capital, private equity and mergers & acquisitions, both domestic and international.
She advises:
founders and companies at every stage of their growth (from formation and successive financing rounds to LBOs, M&A transactions, incentive plans and management packages), and
institutional investors and investment funds (French and international) in their investments and exit events.
Amélie has developed strong expertise in cross-border transactions, regularly assisting French companies in partnerships or exits involving international buyers, as well as foreign investors in their investments in France.
In 2024, she was seconded to the VC team of a leading investment fund and worked primarily on cross-border transactions.
