Alice Laroque is a member of the Paris (1996) and New York (1999) bars, and specializes in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets.
In Private Equity, Alice Laroque advises start-ups and companies with high growth potential, as well as their managing shareholders or investors, in a wide variety of sectors (life sciences, software, telecoms and internet). We are involved in all stages of these companies’ development, whether as part of Venture Capital operations, financing rounds, M&A transactions or IPOs.
In the field of capital markets, she advises issuers and investment banks on stock market transactions (IPOs, takeovers, etc.) and, more generally, on the monitoring of listed companies.
Before joining Villechenon in 2008, Alice worked in law firms in Paris and New York. She assists clients in both French and English.
