Along with the exit of Pechel Industries, Dial Invest (south of France leader in the dialysis industry) welcomes Turenne Capital Partenaires and buys a new clinic.

The deal was financed by a senior loan provided by Société Marseillaise de Crédit and a mezzanine loan provided by Intermezzo – Siparex.
