Alexander Kotopoulis has been a partner at Villechenon since 2018, where he primarily advises on Venture Capital, Private Equity and M&A matters. He works with an international client base composed of entrepreneurs, innovative companies, investment funds and institutional players, providing precise, pragmatic advice aligned with their most strategic and sensitive priorities.
With more than fifteen years of experience, Alexander has developed expertise spanning both corporate matters and a wide range of commercial issues, particularly for innovative companies with constantly evolving business models. He supports executives and shareholders at every key stage of their company’s lifecycle: incorporation, fundraising, financing, acquisitions, restructurings, transfers and divestments. His multidisciplinary and hands-on approach is characterized by a keen understanding of business models and notable flexibility.
