Quentin Dupont has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018. He advises on all matters related to Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, with a strong focus on the tech, biotech, and fintech sectors.
He supports founders, high-growth companies and their management teams, as well as venture capital, private equity and industrial investors, throughout the entire company lifecycle — from seed and growth equity financing to LBOs, build-ups, bridges and exits.
Quentin regularly acts as lead counsel on domestic and cross-border transactions, combining strategic insight and operational pragmatism to help clients navigate fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Before joining Villechenon in 2022, Quentin practiced in well-known Paris law firms. He began his career in litigation and restructuring, which gives him today a comprehensive understanding of the legal challenges of the corporate and financial sectors and a strong ability to structure and negotiate complex transactions.
He advises in both French and English.
