Admitted to the Paris Bar, Shauna joined Villechenon in 2023.
She practices corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
She advises French and international clients, including startups and investors, on a wide range of corporate law matters and high-value transactions.
Shauna holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Corporate Structures and Business Activities. Before joining Villechenon, she gained significant experience in the Corporate/M&A departments of French and international law firms.
She assists clients in both French and English.
