Alexandre Soares de Albergaria was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, and joined Villechenon in October 2025, after gaining solid experience with firms specializing in private equity (venture capital, development capital, LBOs) and mergers & acquisitions.
He advises both investment funds and companies on their strategic operations (fundraising, LBO, acquisitions), and assists clients in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Alexandre graduated from ESSEC Business School (Master’s in International Business Law and Management) and the University of Paris X Nanterre (Master’s in Business Law and Comparative Law). He also completed a bilingual program in French and Spanish law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, where he earned a Grado en Derecho – Business Law.
In parallel, he taught contract law at the University of Paris X Nanterre between 2021 and 2023.
