Pinot de Villechenon & Associés (PVA) advised Wanimo, an online pet shop company, for its acquisition for € 18 million. The sellers include Alven Capital, Entrepreneur Venture, Alto Invest, business angels as well as Isabelle Vidal, the founder, who remains the Chairman and CEO of the company.
