We are involved in all stages of these companies&#8217; development, whether as part of Venture Capital operations, financing rounds, M&amp;A transactions or IPOs.<\/p><p>In the field of capital markets, she advises issuers and investment banks on stock market transactions (IPOs, takeovers, etc.) and, more generally, on the monitoring of listed companies.<\/p><p>Before joining Villechenon in 2008, Alice worked in law firms in Paris and New York.
