He advises on all matters related to Private Equity and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, with a strong focus on the tech, biotech, and fintech sectors. <\/p><p><br>He supports founders, high-growth companies and their management teams, as well as venture capital, private equity and industrial investors, throughout the entire company lifecycle \u2014 from seed and growth equity financing to LBOs, build-ups, bridges and exits.<br>Quentin regularly acts as lead counsel on domestic and cross-border transactions, combining strategic insight and operational pragmatism to help clients navigate fast-paced, high-stakes environments.<\/p><p><br>Before joining Villechenon in 2022, Quentin practiced in well-known Paris law firms.
